Egalite Care is a local independent company supporting adults with a learning disability.
We’re looking for caring, reliable and motivated Support Workers to join our team and help people live the lives they choose — whether that’s in our supported living services or out in the community.
No two days are the same. You could be supporting someone with daily living, helping them get out and about, building confidence and independence, providing personal care or supporting with medication.
What you’ll be doing
· Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs
· Supporting with personal care where required
· Supporting individuals with medication in line with their care and support plans
· Helping people with everyday activities and promoting independence
· Supporting individuals to access the community and enjoy meaningful activities
· Encouraging choice, confidence and personal development
· Building positive relationships and making a genuine difference
· Working as part of a team to ensure the people we support receive safe, consistent and high-quality care

Previous care/support experience is desirable, but attitude matters just as much. Full training will be provided.

Our services operate around the needs of our clients, so you’ll need to be able to work a range of shifts and alternate weekends are an essential requirement for this role.
