Our client is expanding their Customer Service & Sales team and is looking for enthusiastic individuals to represent established brands through Residential & Community Outreach campaigns across Glasgow.
This opportunity combines customer service with face-to-face sales, allowing you to help customers understand products and services while developing valuable communication, sales, and relationship-building skills. Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to begin or grow their career in a customer-focused environment.
About the Role
Working within local communities and residential neighbourhoods, you'll engage directly with customers through professional face-to-face conversations.
You'll be the first point of contact for many customers, taking the time to understand their needs, answer questions, explain available products and services, and help them make informed decisions. Every conversation is an opportunity to deliver excellent customer service while representing the brands you work with professionally.
Your Responsibilities
- Speaking with customers in residential communities in a friendly, professional manner.
- Providing clear information about products, services, and current promotions.
- Understanding customer needs before recommending suitable solutions.
- Answering customer questions confidently and accurately.
- Supporting customers through a straightforward registration or sign-up process.
- Delivering a positive customer experience during every interaction.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and campaign documentation.
- Working towards individual and team performance objectives.
- Attending ongoing product training and professional development sessions.
