Location: Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey (with travel to project sites across London and the South East)
Due to continued business growth and an increasing workload, Surrey Tech Services Ltd is looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established and growing electrical and fire contractor delivering high-quality commercial projects across London and the South East.
The Role
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical installations from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising electrical operatives and subcontractors on site.
- Planning and coordinating daily works.
- Ensuring all installations comply with current regulations and project specifications.
- Carrying out site inspections and quality checks.
- Liaising with project managers, clients and other trades.
- Managing materials, plant and site resources.
- Monitoring programme progress and reporting on site activities.
- Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Assisting with commissioning, testing and project handovers.
- Supporting apprentices and junior electricians with their development.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Approved Electrician looking to step up.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
- ECS Gold Card (Supervisor card desirable).
- SSSTS or SMSTS preferred.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently while leading a team.
- A positive, proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail.

Pay: £34,381.41-£54,951.09 per year
