Due to a growing long term workload, we are seeking to engage with the very best crafts people and help you grow in our successful team.
The majority of the work will be building and restoring sash and casement windows for high end clients with expectations of high quality at our clients property. You will work locally most of the time with the odd need to work away and travel to our Head office in Walsall.

About You
The successful Carpenters and Joiners will work alongside a team of skilled tradespeople, ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a consistently high standard.
The successful candidate should be a good team-player and communicator, should have the ability to work on their own initiative, possess a high level of attention to detail in both your work and workplace tidiness, have a positive temperament, and be punctual, committed and helpful.
Requirements
- You are a Conservation and Restoration minded problem-solver, with knowledge and experience of traditional Joinery techniques.
- Experienced in Rot repair, splicing, glazing and use of Repair Care Resin.
- Experience of new sash window construction & installation
- Experience of working in residential and commercial properties
- Strong understanding of construction processes and health & safety regulations
- NVQ level 3 in carpentry/ joinery
- CSCS card
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
