Berliner Soundworks Ltd is a sample independent music company supporting recording, publishing, artist development, licensing, and digital releases.
We are seeking a Label Director to lead commercial strategy, oversee music releases, and manage relationships with artists and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the label’s business strategy
- Oversee artist development and release planning
- Manage marketing, distribution, and publishing activities
- Build relationships with artists and commercial partners
- Review budgets, contracts, royalties, and licensing arrangements
- Monitor streaming, sales, and campaign performance
- Identify new talent and business opportunities
- Lead internal teams and external specialists
- Maintain professional and regulatory standards
- Report commercial performance to senior stakeholders
What We Are Looking For Experience
- 8+ years of experience in music, entertainment, publishing, artist management, or media
- Previous leadership responsibility for releases, teams, budgets, or commercial partnerships

Pay: £75,000.00-£92,000.00 per year
