Job Summary:
Teepe Digital Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Digital Systems Assurance Supervisor to help maintain confidence in the reliability and readiness of business technology systems. The role will coordinate assurance activities around system changes, functionality, documentation, and user requirements, helping digital services operate consistently before and after updates are introduced.
What You'll Do:
- Supervise assurance activities across digital systems and business applications
- Coordinate checks for system updates, enhancements, and configuration changes
- Review whether digital solutions meet agreed business and user requirements
- Organise testing activities with technical teams and system users
- Track identified system issues and ensure appropriate follow-up
- Maintain assurance records, test information, and change documentation
- Review system readiness ahead of releases and operational handovers
- Coordinate with developers, vendors, support teams, and business stakeholders
- Monitor recurring system concerns and highlight areas requiring further attention
- Help improve assurance procedures and system review practices
- Prepare clear updates on testing outcomes, outstanding issues, and system readiness
Requirements:
- Experience in digital systems, IT assurance, software testing, business applications, technology operations, systems support, or a related area
- Good understanding of digital systems and application environments
- Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate testing and system review activities
- Clear communication with both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Comfortable working with system documentation, issue trackers, and business requirements
- Strong organisation and ability to manage several priorities
- Supervisory, quality assurance, or systems-testing experience is helpful but not essential
- Technology, information systems, computing, or related qualifications are advantageous, with suitable transferable experience also considered
