To be successful in this role you will have;
- A proven track record in automotive sales either as a Sales Manager, Business Manager or Transaction Manager.
- Good business and commercial understanding.
- A positive and forward thinking work ethic.
- The skills and experience to lead and inspire a team.
- A proactive and organised approach.
- Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working as part of a team in a target driven environment, supporting both shared and personal objectives.
Your duties will include;
- Enhancing the sales and profitability of new and used vehicles and related products.
- Effectively recruit, train, motivate and support other members of the sales team to reach expected targets, which you will track and report to senior management.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service.
- Maintain product knowledge of cars and ad ons.
- Advise on finance, insurance and product accessories.
- Work to set KPIs and targets.
- EMG Business Managers work flexible schedules, including weekends and bank holidays (on a rota basis), to provide our customers with the highest levels of service.
