Key Responsibilities:

Provide warm, attentive, and personalised guest service

Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wine, beer, and specialty drinks to set recipes and standards

Recommend beverages and share knowledge of seasonal and signature offerings

Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar

Handle payments accurately and support smooth daily bar operations
-
Comply with all alcohol service laws, hygiene, and safety standards
Skills & Competencies:
-
Previous bartending or beverage service experience essential
-
Good knowledge of drinks, mixology, and bar equipment
-
Strong communication and customer service skills
-
Able to multitask in a calm, guest-focused environment
-
Meets legal age requirements and available for flexible shifts
