Rigford, a property services company based in London and the South East are recruiting positions to cover London, The South East and surrounding areas. You must be prepared to travel in a vehicle provided.
We are seeking to recruit a team of 2-3 people who will be carrying out clearance work to properties and communal areas on a daily basis. The successful candidates will have experience in carrying out clearances and recycling. You should have previous clearance, with knowledge of health and safety.
The ideal candidates will be physically strong to be able to clear the properties of household goods and will also be required to hold a full clean driving license with experience in driving 3.5 tipper vans.
Knowledge of different types of waste and how to separate would be desirable but training will also be provided to this regard.
All other skills that the candidates hold will be desirable
We are looking for candidates that are capable of working in a fast-paced environment, motivated, proactive and with a can do attitude. The candidates must be a hardworking, trustworthy and motivated individuals that have a can-do mind set to complete work to a high satisfactory standard
Organisational and communication skills are essential.
Experience;
The ideal candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience and references will be required.
The candidates must have a full clean UK driving license
