Care Worker (Female) – Community Care
Full time /Part-Time | Flexible Shifts | Immediate Start
We are currently recruiting compassionate and dedicated Female Care Workers to join our growing team.

Available Shifts
- Morning: 7:00am – 3:00pm
- Evening: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
- Monday to Sunday (based on your availability)
- Alternate weekends required
Important Requirement
Due to the community-based nature of this role:
- You must hold a full UK driving licence
- You must have access to a car

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting clients with personal care, hygiene, and daily routines
- Assisting with mobility and safe manual handling
- Administering medication safely and accurately
- Supporting individuals with dementia and complex needs
- Using positive behaviour support techniques
- Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Working alongside families and professionals to deliver person-centred care
- Maintaining accurate care records
What We’re Looking For
- A caring, patient, and reliable individual
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in care (home care, nursing, or similar) is preferred
- Knowledge of medication and care practices is desirable
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
