An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Senior Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to join the Employee Health team at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust.
Our Employee Health team provides a comprehensive occupational health service to one of the largest community NHS trusts in London, supporting the health, wellbeing and safety of our workforce. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful contribution while working within a supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary team.
You will be a Registered Nurse with a Diploma, Degree or Postgraduate Diploma/MSc in Occupational Health and have experience working within an occupational health environment.
You will have up-to-date knowledge of occupational health legislation, professional guidance and best practice, with the ability to apply this knowledge to deliver a high-quality, responsive service.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong clinical and leadership skills, together with excellent interpersonal and organisational abilities. You will be an effective communicator, confident using IT systems, and able to manage a varied workload with a flexible, proactive approach while working with minimal supervision.
Based at St Charles Centre for Health & Care (W10 6DZ) , you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality occupational health service across the Trust, supporting the health and wellbeing of our workforce.
In this role, you will:
Deliver occupational health services across multiple Trust locations as part of a peripatetic role.
Travel to other Trust sites to ensure employees have equitable access to Employee Health services.
Manage a varied workload with minimal supervision while maintaining high professional standards.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide an effective, responsive and person-centred occupational health service.
Use your clinical expertise , communication skills and organisational abilities to support service delivery and promote staff wellbeing.
