About the role
You’ll lead our Communications Team, shaping how we engage with residents, colleagues and partners while protecting and enhancing our reputation.
In this role, you will:
- Lead delivery of the Communications Strategy
- Manage media relations and press enquiries
- Oversee website, social media and publications
- Create engaging digital and print content
- Develop branding and corporate messaging
- Build strong stakeholder and community relationships
- Lead, manage and develop the Communications Team
- Ensure compliance with regulatory communication standards

- Strong content creation across digital, print and social channels
- Experience managing teams, performance and engagement
- Advanced IT and presentation skills including Adobe Suite
- Ability to manage reputational risk and media responses
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

Salary: £51,679
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Base: Hybrid working - working from office, home, site and in the community as needed. Your base will be our main office in Chy Trevail, Bodmin, PL31 2FR. This role requires you to typically work from the office at least 1 day per week.
