Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nail or hair services to clients, including manicures, pedicures, haircuts, colouring, styling, and specialised treatments.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work station in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Manage appointments efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery.
- Promote your services within the salon to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry.
Experience
- Proven experience as a nail technician or hairdresser with a portfolio of work demonstrating your skills.
- Knowledge of makeup application is desirable but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with clients professionally and confidently.
- Previous experience working independently or self-employed is advantageous but not mandatory; support will be provided to help you succeed in your role.
