Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organisation, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments
- Develop and implement organisational policies, procedures, and programmes in alignment with strategic objectives
- Manage relationships with external partners, and clients to foster collaboration and support organisational growth
- Supervise and lead teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to ensure high standards of service delivery
- Coordinate programme management activities, including planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of projects
- Oversee administrative functions such as budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with relevant regulations
- Organise training sessions and professional development opportunities for staff to enhance skills and organisational capacity
- Monitor operational performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary to optimise outcomes
Skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated management experience with a track record of supervising teams effectively
- Expertise in programme management, including planning, execution, and evaluation of projects or initiatives
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively

Pay: £35,603.37-£54,509.59 per year
