JOB SUMMARY
As a Success Coach with Think Employment, you will guide adults in West Yorkshire as they take their next step towards a better future. You will help each person find the right programme for their goals, offering clear and impartial advice at every stage. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support learners through enrolment so their first experience is positive and they feel ready to succeed.
- Listen to each learner, understand their needs, and guide them towards the course and support that fits best.
- Work towards enrolment goals, but always keep quality and learner support at the heart of what you do.
- Keep records accurate and build strong, positive relationships with learners, colleagues, and partners.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- You are motivated by positive outcomes and can meet goals without losing sight of quality or care for others.
- You communicate well and build positive relationships, whether by phone, video, or email.
- You are organised, reliable, and pay close attention to detail.
- You have experience using systems to manage information and keep records accurate.

- You will earn a salary between £26,227.50 and £28,860.00 per year.
- You will have 25 days of annual leave, plus Bank Holidays.
