What We’re Looking For
To join the Abode team, you will have:
- Experience of organising, setting up, or managing homes, either professionally or personally.
- A genuine passion for creating organised and functional living spaces.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Good physical fitness, as unpacking and organising homes can be physically demanding.
- Flexibility regarding working days, hours, and locations, as our work is driven by client demand.
Important Information About Hours
Please note that work availability can vary considerably throughout the year.
During busy periods, you may work up to 20 hours or more per week, while quieter periods may offer fewer hours. This role is ideal for someone seeking flexible, part-time work rather than a guaranteed or full-time income.
Essential Requirements
To work with us, you must:
- Be available to work flexible hours between 9:00am and 5:00pm.
- Be available to work during school holidays.
- Be available to work during December, our busiest period leading up to Christmas.
- Have access to your own vehicle.
- Have a mobile phone and reliable home internet connection.
- Hold a current DBS certificate or be willing to apply for one.
