- Monday to Thursday: 18:00 – 04:00
- Friday: 14:00 – 00:00
- Approximately 50 hours per week
National Sameday is a leading aviation logistics and courier company operating across six major UK airports. We are looking for a reliable and professional 3.5T Van Driver to join our Glasgow operation on a permanent night-shift basis.
This role is ideal for drivers who enjoy working independently and want a stable full-time position with a well-established logistics company.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 3.5T van delivering time-critical consignments across Scotland and the UK.
- Load and unload goods securely and efficiently.
- Complete deliveries within scheduled timeframes.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects.
- Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
- Follow all company policies, road traffic regulations, and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Full UK manual driving licence.
- Good driving record.
- Previous experience as a van driver, courier, delivery driver, or multi-drop driver preferred.
- Excellent time management and reliability.
- Ability to work night shifts on a permanent basis.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Compliance Requirements
As a CAA-regulated business, successful applicants must be able to provide:
- 5 years' address history.
- 5 years' employment, education, or reference history.
- Proof of right to work in the UK.
Successful candidates will be required to pass:
- Driver Assessment.
- Criminal Record Check (CRC/DBS).
- Airside ID application process where required.
