Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Company Secretary to join our professional team. Duties
- Organise and maintain accurate records of company meetings, including minutes and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory filing deadlines and legal requirements.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, reports, and correspondence related to board meetings and shareholder activities.
- Manage company documentation, including statutory registers, contracts, and other official records.
- Assist in the organisation of corporate governance activities and liaise with external regulators as required.
- Support senior management with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and scheduling.
- Oversee the utilisation of office software to streamline administrative processes.
- Handle correspondence via email, phone calls, and written communication with professionalism and courtesy.
Skills
- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with data entry and clerical tasks ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
- Excellent typing speed coupled with strong organisational abilities.
- Good phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
- Administrative experience within a corporate environment is preferred but not essential for highly motivated candidates.
