Rose Green Infant School is a three form entry school, located in Rose Green, on the outskirts of Bognor Regis.

Salary: £21,339 - £24,121
Contract Type: Temporary
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 3.15pm
Location: Rose Green Infant School
Interviews: 16 and 19 June 2026
We are looking for three temporary full time (term time only) Teaching Assistants to join our team:
- Post 1 – 1:1 TA, 28 hours 20 mins per week with a Midday Meals contract 2 hours 30 mins per week (contracts end 21/07/2027)
- Post 2 – maternity cover, class-based TA, 28 hours 20 mins per week with a Midday Meals contract 2 hours 30 mins per week (contracts will end at the earliest in May 2027, dependent on the postholder’s return to work, and no later than July 2027)
- Post 3 – TA to support vulnerable and disadvantaged pupils across the school within the classroom and through intervention groups, 31 hours 15 mins per week
All posts are to start from 01/09/2026.
What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Be passionate about helping all children achieve their potential and become lifelong learners.
- Be experienced at working with children in an educational setting.
- Be able to support children with learning and/or social and emotional needs, both within and outside the classroom.
- Be able to demonstrate good behaviour management skills.
- Show commitment to the safeguarding of children.
- Be a highly motivated, flexible team players with can work using initiative or under direction.
