Kick Ass Hostels is the place to be in the Grassmarket. Our central Edinburgh bedrooms, bar, beer garden, burger shop and Fringe venue is full of fun and we're looking for people to join our wonderful team.
We are looking for a vibrant, energetic and engaging Kitchen manager to join our team focusing on our burger shop kitchen and working alongside our Bars manager.
Your main duties will be:
- Overseeing the menu
- Overseeing food ordering
- Food preparation
- Kitchen Rota
- Delivery of operations
- Managing a team
- Stock control
- Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations
- Following relevant compliance procedures and admin work
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a contract catering, fast food or short order kitchen environment. You must be a team player with excellent communication.
