About us
We are looking for energetic, authentic, and therapeutically minded Senior Residential Care workers who are genuinely committed to improving the lives of children and young people, to join our small, expanding organisation in Nottingham.
We are not a typical care provider. With seven consecutive 'Good' in all areas, Ofsted gradings, we have a proven track record of consistently delivering high-quality care and maintaining the highest standards across our services. Our home is built on a holistic, child-centred, and trauma-informed approach that places young people at the heart of everything we do. Equally, we value our team of caring adults, supporting them to develop, reflect, and thrive in their roles through strong leadership, quality learning and development, and genuine investment in their wellbeing and career progression.
We are seeking people to join our team who share our ethos, our therapeutic approach and our drive for positive outcomes, and who believe that meaningful relationships, consistency, and emotional safety are the foundations of effective care for children.
