Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Childcare Practitioner to join our vibrant and friendly childcare team. Duties
- Plan and deliver stimulating activities aligned with early development standards.
- Supervise and support children’s daily routines, including playtime, meals, and rest periods.
- Ensure high-quality care.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children’s progress and well-being.
- Manage administrative tasks such as record-keeping, attendance logs, and activity documentation.
- Drive the implementation of inclusive practices that promote diversity and equal opportunities for all children.
Qualifications
- Hold a valid Level 3 Childcare Qualification or equivalent in early years.
- Extensive experience working directly with children across various age groups.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members.
- Knowledge of childcare regulations, health & safety standards, and safeguarding procedures.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred for transportation purposes when required.
