Multi-Site Practice Manager – Full Time (Monday to Friday)

We are seeking a proactive, people-focused Practice Manager to lead our growing team, drive operational excellence, and ensure our patients continue to receive the very best in modern dentistry.
About the Role
As a Multi-Site Practice Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the practices, ensuring smooth operations across all departments. You’ll work closely with clinicians, dental nurses, and the front-of-house team to deliver a seamless and memorable patient journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support a multidisciplinary team to consistently deliver outstanding patient experiences.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, billing, and revenue growth.
- Manage HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Ensure full CQC and GDC compliance, maintaining up-to-date documentation and policies.
- Oversee marketing and social media activities, ensuring engaging and compliant content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage CRM systems and lead conversion, tracking patient journeys and ensuring prompt, professional communication.
- Support clinicians and reception in maximising treatment uptake and patient satisfaction.
- Oversee stock control, sundries management, and supplier relationships to maintain efficiency and cost control.
- Drive patient feedback, Google reviews, and continuous improvement across all service areas.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall patient experience and practice reputation.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years Dental Management experience required.
- Proven experience managing a dental or healthcare practice is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of CQC compliance, HR processes, and practice finance.
- Confident in using CRM and dental software systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commercially aware, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Organised, adaptable, and focused on delivering an exceptional patient experience.
