Purpose of the Role
- To help drive occupancy, build community connections and change perceptions of care by generating enquiries, developing local partnerships, creating meaningful events and ensuring Kanesbury Care remains at the heart of its local communities.
- The Community & Partnerships Manager will act as a visible ambassador for Kanesbury Care, creating opportunities to introduce new families to our homes, strengthening local relationships and supporting occupancy growth through proactive outreach and engagement.
Occupancy & Enquiry Generation
- Generate qualified enquiries through community engagement, networking and partnership activity.
- Support the journey from initial contact through to viewing and move-in.
- Maintain a clear pipeline of enquiries, viewings and opportunities.
- Track and report on enquiry sources and conversion outcomes.
Community Events & Engagement
- Plan and deliver engaging events across all homes.
- Create events that encourage prospective families and community members to visit.
- Capture attendee details and ensure appropriate follow-up activity.
- Represent Kanesbury Care at local events and community gatherings.
Partnerships & Relationship Development
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, GP surgeries, dementia organisations, charities, churches, schools and local businesses.
- Develop partnerships that generate introductions, referrals and community engagement.
Networking & Brand Representation
- Attend networking events, business breakfasts and local meetings.
- Build meaningful relationships with local decision-makers and influencers.
Community Communication & Advocacy
- Lead and coordinate the community newsletter.
- Support ambassador and advocacy programmes.
Storytelling & Content Support
- Capture authentic stories and magic moments from life within the homes.
- Develop a library of resident, family and team stories.
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, events and partnerships.
- Produce monthly reports detailing activity, opportunities and outcomes.
Key Performance Indicators
- Enquiries generated.
- Viewings booked.
- Move-ins attributed to outreach activity.
- Community events delivered.
- New partnerships established.

Person Specification
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Full UK driving licence.

Pay: £32,000.00 per year
