You will be a registered health professional (RMN, Dip SW, Dip OT or equivalent) with:
Significant experience in mental health practice and multi-disciplinary team working.
Evidence of service development and leadership within a mental health setting.
Excellent communication, assessment, and decision-making skills.
A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, upholding the Trust’s values.
The ability to mentor students, upholding all our codes of practice
Ensure safe, effective, person-centred care is delivered
Oversee caseload management and service delivery standards
Monitor clinical practice and ensure adherence to guidelines/policies Respond to incidents, complaints, and safeguarding concerns
Manage day-to-day running of the service
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, and outcomes
Ensure efficient use of resources
Coordinate rotas, cover arrangements, and service capacity
