About Us:
BCO Group manages BCO London Salon, BCO | Blu Kuwait, BCO Pakistan, WUMMAN SPA and Tryo Hair Extensions — a trend-focused beauty brand with a diverse clientele including English, Brazilian, and Middle Eastern customers. We’re expanding our marketing team and looking for a creative, social-media-driven Marketing Assistant to elevate our online presence.
The Role:
We’re seeking a creative and trend-driven Marketing Assistant to capture salon content, design engaging visuals, and manage multiple social media platforms. You’ll be on-site around 3 days per week, transforming real-time content into high-performing reels, posts, ads, and promotional campaigns.
This role suits someone who is fast-paced, hands-on, and passionate about beauty, digital culture, and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality photo and video content inside the salon
- Create engaging reels, short-form videos, and visually appealing posts
- Design flyers, ads, and promotional materials using Canva
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Research and apply trending formats, audios, and content ideas
- Maintain branding consistency across multiple platforms
- Support weekly content planning and marketing calendars
Campaign & Strategy Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, and other channels
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activity with commercial goals
- Track and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximise results
Requirements:
- Strong experience with video capturing and editing
- Proficient in Canva
- Excellent understanding of Instagram & TikTok trends
- Creative, proactive, and able to produce ideas independently
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Portfolio or examples of previous social-media content required
Desirable (Bonus Skills):
- Ability to speak Portuguese, Spanish, or Arabic
- Understanding of Brazilian beauty culture and trends
- Experience creating content for multicultural audiences
