Marketing Executive
Location: Worthing, West Sussex (BN14 8ND)
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Reports to: Head of Marketing
About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support the Head of Marketing in delivering campaigns, content and marketing activity across multiple brands within our group.
While the primary focus of this role will be Piglets Pantry, you will also support other brands and projects within the group. This varied role offers exposure to a broad range of marketing disciplines including social media, email marketing, influencer activity, website content, campaigns, reporting and brand development.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects, is full of ideas, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
- Assist with the planning, creation and scheduling of content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Film, edit and publish engaging short-form video content.
- Monitor social media channels and engage with customers and followers.
- Support the development of seasonal campaigns, product launches and brand storytelling initiatives.
- Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates and emerging content opportunities.
Email Marketing
- Build, schedule and monitor email marketing campaigns.
- Support audience segmentation and list management.
- Assist with promotional campaigns, competitions and customer communications.
- Report on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Influencer & Partnerships
- Research, identify and approach influencers, creators and brand partners.
- Coordinate gifting campaigns and collaborations.
- Manage influencer communications and campaign tracking.
- Build relationships with relevant communities and brand advocates.
Campaign Support
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
- Assist with the coordination of promotions, product launches, seasonal activity and events.
- Help maintain campaign calendars and ensure activity is delivered on time.
- Support photoshoots, content days and creative projects.
Websites & Digital Marketing
- Upload and maintain website content, products and landing pages.
- Assist with SEO and website optimisation projects.
- Support paid advertising activity across Google and Meta platforms.
- Help identify opportunities to improve customer journeys and conversion rates.
Reporting & Insights
- Monitor key marketing metrics and campaign performance.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Head of Marketing.
- Share insights and recommendations to improve future activity.
Design & Creative
- Create marketing assets using Canva and other design tools.
- Develop visuals for social media, email campaigns, websites and promotional materials.
- Assist with maintaining brand consistency across all channels and brands.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a marketing role, internship or placement.
- A qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related subject.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
- Experience using Canva or similar design software.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Express, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Enthusiastic, proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Woocommerce, Mailchimp or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta advertising.
- Photography skills.
- Experience working with influencers or brand collaborations.
- Interest in food, retail, gifting, e-commerce or consumer brands.
