Who we are: We’re a full-service events agency with over 20 years’ experience delivering global corporate events, conferences and incentives. Our clients include some of the world’s leading media agencies, tech brands and pharmaceutical companies. The kind of work we do takes us to places like Davos for the World Economic Forum, COP, and major international destinations across Europe, the Middle East and beyond. We’re proud of the work we produce - but even more so of the people behind it.
Why join us? This is a place for people who like to own what they do. We’re a tight-knit team of thinkers, makers and problem-solvers who push each other to do better work — without the ego. If you’ve come from an agency background, you’ll recognise the pace, the energy, and the expectation to deliver at a high level. What’s different here is the trust and autonomy you’ll be given to lead. We invest in our people properly - with mentoring, development, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles. And yes, we also make time to enjoy it: from our summer training and team trip in Tuscany to our Christmas party in Amsterdam
The Role: We’re looking for a Senior Events Manager who knows how to take an idea and turn it into something exceptional. You’ll lead on a portfolio of international projects, acting as the main client contact and driving delivery from concept through to execution. You’ll be equally comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders as you are managing on-site in high-pressure environments. This role is hands-on, fast-paced and highly visible within the agency. You’ll play a key part in shaping how we grow - and how we deliver work globally.

Leading client relationships and translating briefs into clear, creative event strategies
Owning end-to-end delivery across international events
Developing concepts, timelines and production plans that bring ideas to life
Managing and mentoring a team, creating a positive and high-performing environment
Working closely with suppliers, venues and partners across multiple markets
Negotiating contracts and managing budgets with commercial awareness
Overseeing all event logistics - from production to on-site delivery
Troubleshooting in real time and keeping calm when it matters most
Collaborating with internal teams, including finance, to ensure smooth project delivery
Reviewing performance post-event and constantly raising the bar What we’re looking for

A natural collaborator with a positive, can-do attitude
A genuine passion for events and creating standout experiences
What you’ll get:
The chance to work on truly global events (recent locations include Davos, Geneva, Milan, New York, Barcelona and London)
