Our team of four Advisers has over 40 years of combined industry experience. While we specialise in retirement planning, we also offer a comprehensive range of financial solutions to meet our clients' needs.
We are seeking a Financial Services Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role within the administration function, providing support to Advisers, Paraplanners, and fellow Administrators to ensure the efficient delivery of client services.

- Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm)
Responsibilities
- Prepare annual review reports using company templates.
- Complete and submit annual review files in accordance with company procedures.
- Obtain pre-sale documentation, including quotations and supporting information.
- Process new business applications through to completion across pensions, investments, and other financial planning products.
- Ensure all relevant client documentation is accurately maintained on the back-office system.
- Maintain awareness of, and act in accordance with, all compliance and legislative obligations.
- Ensure client withdrawals are processed by providers in a timely manner and followed through to completion.
- Liaise with clients, advisers, and product providers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met.
- Address client and intermediary enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as required.
- Book appointments and assist with diary and calendar management.
- Carry out general administrative and office duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within a financial services business is desirable.
- Experience producing valuations and preparing reports would be advantageous.
- Experience using Intelligent Office and Dynamic Planner would be beneficial.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
