At JJB Corporation UK, we're looking for a reliable and motivated Packing & Dispatch Operative to join our growing team in Mundford. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a small team, and wants the opportunity to make a real difference.
We manufacture and dispatch a wide range of products across several brands, supplying customers throughout the UK and beyond. As part of our packing and dispatch team, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive the right products, packed safely and dispatched on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Picking products from warehouse locations
- Packing customer orders accurately and safely for dispatch
- Preparing pallet shipments when required
- Checking orders before dispatch
- Using our in-house shipping software
- Keeping packing and warehouse areas clean and organised
- Supporting general warehouse operations
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and helping implement positive changes
What We're Looking For

- Comfortable using computers
- Able to lift and move parcels and products safely
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Someone who enjoys improving processes and finding better ways of working
Desirable but Not Essential
- Previous warehouse, packing, dispatch, manufacturing, or production experience
- Forklift experience or licence
- Experience using warehouse or shipping software
