We are a leading civil engineering organisation delivering safe, sustainable, and efficient transport solutions across the UK.
As a Site Agent within our Regional Civil Engineering business, you'll lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of highways and infrastructure projects across Bedford, Cambridge and the surrounding areas.
Working on behalf of local authority clients, you'll be responsible for delivering road improvement schemes, public realm enhancements, active travel projects, cycleways and other civil engineering works that improve the communities we serve. You'll take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
You'll lead site teams and supply chain partners, coordinate resources, manage programme performance and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. As a key member of the delivery team, you'll drive a culture of safety, collaboration and continuous improvement while ensuring projects achieve their commercial and operational objectives.
We offer a competitive rewards package, including a Company Car scheme, Private Healthcare, Pension, Life Assurance cover, 25 days Annual Leave (and a day off for your birthday). You'll also have access to Hybrid working where possible, an enhanced Paternity & Maternity package and the opportunity to develop yourself personally and professionally.
