ROLE: Service Support Manager
LOCATION: Stevenage

We're looking for a Service Support Manager to oversee service delivery across client contracts, build strong working relationships, complete audit inspections, and ensure performance is delivered in line with Service Level Agreements and Cleaning Specifications.
Role Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contract clients, ensuring excellent communication, customer service and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Complete audit inspections and review operational performance against agreed Service Level Agreements, Cleaning Specifications and contract requirements.
- Manage and implement employee wages on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy, compliance and alignment with company processes.
- Ensure adequate Health & Safety compliance is delivered across contracts, following client statutory Fire and Safety regulations to help mitigate potential risks.
- Manage service delivery across a defined geographical area, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures relating to HR, QHSE, Right to Work, vetting and contract compliance.
Required Qualifications: applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
- Previous management experience within soft services or cleaning, ideally within a facilities management environment.
- Excellent management skills, including strong organisation, time management and the ability to manage multiple client contracts effectively.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with a good understanding of written and verbal English.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to workload, with the ability to meet client expectations and respond effectively to operational demands.
- IT literate, with experience using Microsoft packages, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Full, clean UK driving licence is required, as a company car is provided for this role.
- IOSH Health and Safety qualification is desirable.
