As we continue to grow in our beautiful new clinic, we’re looking for a passionate, professional and friendly Beauty Therapist & Receptionist to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a luxury skin clinic where you’ll receive ongoing training, develop your skills in advanced treatments and become part of a supportive, ambitious team.
About the Role
This is a varied role combining beauty therapy with front-of-house responsibilities. As part of our small team, everyone contributes to creating an exceptional client experience from the moment a client walks through the door until they leave.
You’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding treatments, maintaining the highest professional standards and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
Beauty Therapy
- Deliver professional beauty and skin treatments to the highest standards following Skin Embassy treatment protocols.
- Perform luxury facials, advanced facials, massage and body treatments (training provided where required).
- Carry out thorough client consultations and maintain accurate treatment records.
- Recommend personalised treatment plans and professional skincare products.
- Provide excellent aftercare advice to maximise treatment results.
- Continuously develop your knowledge through regular training and education.
- Maintain treatment rooms to exceptional hygiene and presentation standards.
Reception & Client Care
- Welcome every client with a warm, friendly and professional attitude.
- Answer telephone, email and social media enquiries promptly.
- Book, amend and manage appointments using our booking system.
- Process payments accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Build strong relationships with clients and deliver a five-star customer experience.
- Assist clients with treatment and skincare enquiries.
- Promote Skin Embassy treatments, skincare products and seasonal promotions.
Clinic Operations
- Support with opening and closing the clinic.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout treatment rooms, reception and communal areas.
- Assist with stock control and retail displays.
- Carry out reception duties, administration and general day-to-day clinic tasks.
- Ensure all health, safety and infection control procedures are followed.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive, supportive workplace.

What We’re Looking For
Essential
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
- Passion for skincare, beauty and helping clients feel confident
- Excellent customer service skills
- Friendly, positive and professional attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organised and reliable
- Comfortable using computers and booking systems
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Desirable
- Previous experience within a beauty salon, spa or skin clinic
- Experience performing facials, massage or advanced facial treatments
- Reception or front-of-house experience
- Retail sales experience
- Knowledge of professional skincare brands
- Experience using booking software such as Fresha or Timely
Working Hours
We offer flexible working hours across weekdays and weekends including.
Applicants should be available to work:
- Two- three evening each week
- At least two Saturdays and Sundays per month
