Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Specialist to support our day-to-day operations.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will be the first point of contact for customers, process orders, maintain accurate records, and work closely with colleagues, suppliers, and customers to ensure everything runs smoothly. This role requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to multitask effectively, and confidence in prioritising a varied workload.
We are looking for someone who is organised, dependable, customer-focused, and able to manage a busy workload with confidence.
Job Summary
· Process sales and purchase orders accurately and efficiently
· Provide specialist administrative support to managers, teams, and stakeholders.
· Coordinate and manage day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
· Monitor workflows and service requests, ensuring deadlines and service standards are met
· Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to enquiries professionally and efficiently
· Maintain customer records and provide updates on ongoing orders
· Produce weekly stock reports for customers
· Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
· Support stock management and forecasting activities
· Carry out general administrative duties
· Ensure records and information are kept accurate and up to date

Previous administration, customer service, or office experience is essential.
