Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards.
- Take food and drink orders accurately, providing friendly recommendations and attentive service throughout guests’ dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently by prioritizing tasks with excellent time management skills.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and provide correct change using basic math skills.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing questions or concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Follow all restaurant policies, including serving alcohol responsibly and verifying guest ages in compliance with legal requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a lively environment.

Hours
- Typically shift will be Tuesday through Saturday with Sunday & Monday off
- Hours will be 2:00pm to 10:00pm
