Responsibilities

- Maintain clear communication with colleagues, families, and external agencies to ensure consistent support.
- Drive children to appointments, activities, or outings as required, ensuring safety at all times.
- Use IT systems to document progress, update care plans, and record relevant observations accurately.
- Promote a positive environment that encourages development, inclusion, and emotional well-being.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children or in childcare settings is highly desirable.
- Valid driving licence with the ability to drive children safely to various locations.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with children, families, and team members.
- Knowledge of child development principles and the ability to adapt support accordingly.
- Basic IT skills for record keeping and updating care documentation.
