Job Summary
We are seeking a passionated Baker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a background in food preparation and production, with a keen eye for detail and a love for creating delicious baked goods. As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing a variety of baked items, accross our different brands.
We are focused on premium clean lable baked goods, like cookies, brownies, cakes, pacakes, etc.
Duties
- Prepare and bake a wide range of products, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure the quality and consistency of baked goods.
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to achieve optimal results.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bakery area in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and improve existing offerings.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned after use.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food safety practices.
- Excellent attention to detail with a passion for creating exceptional baked goods.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A culinary qualification or relevant training is preferred but not essential.
- Past experience in the field is preferred but not essential.
