Due to expediential growth in our business, we have an exciting opportunity and are recruiting for a Head Gardener to manage the prestigious grounds of The Glebe, SW3.
Nurture Landscapes specialises in grounds maintenance, winter gritting and interior and exterior plant display services, mainly to the corporate sector.

Job Purpose
As a Head Gardener, you will lead, support and motivate the existing team working on site. You will require to work closely with clients and with a team who are at the forefront of delivering high quality landscape and grounds maintenance. The post holder will have a wide range of practical skills as well as a good knowledge of health and safety.
Skills and experiences:
- Passionate about the environment with a keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience leading a team
- Spraying Certificates – NPTC PA1 & PA6 preferable, but not essential
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience of Corporate and/or Local Authority Grounds Maintenance preferred, but not essential
- Experience with using petrol two stroke grass/hedge cutting equipment is preferable, but not essential
- NVQ or Diploma Level 2 Horticulture / Landscaping (or equivalent) is desirable
- Flexible in approach to work and willing to work outside in all weathers
- A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
