Duties

- Perform detailed analysis of quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to resolve quality issues promptly and prevent recurrence through corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and compliance documentation for audit purposes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on process enhancements and quality assurance practices.
