About the Role
At Denstone Hall Farm Shop & Café, farming, food and family are at the heart of everything we do. From our home on the farm, we've created a place where people come to shop, eat and spend time together.
We're looking for a creative, adaptable Marketing Manager to lead our marketing across the business. From seasonal campaigns and events to social media, digital marketing and in-store promotions, you'll help bring our brand to life and connect with our customers in meaningful ways.
This is a busy multi-faceted role and will often be planning for one season while delivering another, balancing multiple projects and working closely with every department. If you enjoy variety, love seeing your ideas come to life and thrive in a hands-on role, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Be Doing
- Plan and deliver seasonal marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging content across social media, email, website and print.
- Capture and edit photo / video content that feels real and relevant.
- Design marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Manage our website, email marketing and paid social campaigns.
- Support events, launches and in-store promotions.
- Work with Heads of Department to tell the stories behind our food, people and products.
- Monitor marketing performance and recommend new ideas.
