Job Description
We’re seeking experienced Self-Employed Couriers to join our Runcorn team delivering in Skelmersdale on a full-time, permanent basis . As a Courier, you’ll play a key role in delivering multi-drop parcels for major clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently complete multi-drop parcel deliveries across Skelmersdale
- Lead by example, maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Support the training and onboarding of new drivers as the team grows.
- Prepare for progression to a supervisory role, overseeing team performance and operations.

- Permanent Role: Full-time, stable position with a Monday-to-Saturday working week available. During peak months (October to December) there are requirements for Sunday working days on a rota basis
- Training & Support: Comprehensive onboarding, including health and safety, data protection, and client-specific training.
- Incentive for large van owner drivers
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (held for at least 2 years, with fewer than 6 penalty points and no serious Endorsements).
- Aged 25+ for insurance purposes
- Proven experience as a multi-drop delivery driver, In contracts such as Evri/DPD/DHL etc.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a desire to progress to a supervisory role and beyond
- Owner drivers welcome! Reliable Long wheelbase vans can be used if fully insured
- Vehicle rental options available
- Comfortable with Delivery devices or a smartphone for delivery apps and route planning.
- Right to work in the UK (verified per the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006).
Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday. Peak season requirements of weekend work including Sundays (Rota'd, October to Jan)
- Flexibility to meet operational needs, with advance notice for scheduling.
