The Role
We’re looking for a Bakery Production Supervisor to join our team and support the smooth running of night operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines production management, team leadership, and logistics coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high product quality, efficient workflow, and building a strong bakery team
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Working efficiently to production timelines and maintaining high-quality standards
- Supervising and motivating team members during night shifts
- Stock control and accurate record-keeping of ingredients and supplies
- Onboard new bakery staff
- Manage staff rotas for night production shifts
- Lead and supervise the bakery team during nightly production
- Foster a positive, productive working environment
- Work closely with shop managers to forecast demand and adjust production accordingly
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Management experience in a bakery, kitchen, or production setting
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Confident communication and leadership skills
- Driving licence and reliable transport for early-hour shifts - not including public transport
- Passion for quality, creativity, and teamwork
