Lifestyle & Wellbeing Assistants Location: Nottingham Hours: Flexible (part-time and full-time opportunities available)Pay: £13.45 per hour (National Living Wage)

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and compassionate Lifestyle & Wellbeing Assistants to provide non-regulated, person-centred support that helps individuals maintain their independence, stay active within the community, and enjoy a fulfilling lifestyle. This role focuses on companionship and practical support and does not include personal care, medication administration, or clinical duties.
Responsibilities- Providing companionship and befriending support.- Supporting community outings and social activities.- Assisting with shopping and attending appointments where required.- Helping to plan and participate in hobbies and leisure activities.- Carrying out light gardening and helping to maintain outdoor spaces.- Providing encouragement and practical support to promote independence and wellbeing.- Assisting with light household tasks as agreed.- Supporting with basic pet care where required.
Essential Requirements- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.- Friendly, caring, and dependable with excellent communication skills.- Respectful of privacy, dignity, and individual choice.- Able to work independently and use initiative.- Comfortable working in people's homes and within the local community.- Right to work in the UK.- Willingness to undergo a safer recruitment process, including references and an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
