Calling all Team Leaders-we are looking for someone who is empathetic, caring and reliable with experience as a Team Leader/Senior Carer to join our friendly team, supporting up to 28 residents.
The successful candidate will be someone with a cheerful and positive attiude who is qualified or training towards level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
Please note we do not offer sponsership for this role.
Your duties will include:
- Helping and supporting our residents with all aspects of daily living
- Hours of work: 8am- 2pm, 2pm-8pm or 8am-8pm and every other weekend
- Ordering, booking in and administering medication
- Creating and updating care plans and assessments.
- Keeping records of residents daily care
- Supervising and mentoring carers
- Liasing with Healthcare Professionals
Uniforms and DBS check will be provided and there is a bonus scheme, enhanced bank holiday rate and paid training.
