Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties in commercial settings, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
- Clear trash and recycling bins regularly and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to ensure clarity and shine.
- Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and efficiently following safety protocols.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all areas.
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and related tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward maintaining hygiene standards.
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks involving standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment for extended periods.
