We are looking for a Project Engineer to take ownership of engineering projects from planning through completion. You won't simply be monitoring schedules—you'll play a key role in coordinating technical activities, supporting project execution, and ensuring every stage is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with clients, suppliers, site teams, and project managers, you'll help transform complex engineering requirements into successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Assist with planning, coordinating, and monitoring engineering projects to ensure milestones, budgets, and project objectives are achieved.
Technical Documentation: Prepare engineering reports, project documentation, technical specifications, schedules, and progress updates while maintaining accurate project records.
Engineering Support: Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation while supporting design reviews and resolving technical challenges throughout project execution.
Site Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure engineering activities are delivered safely and efficiently.
Quality & Compliance: Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with quality standards, engineering specifications, health and safety regulations, and company procedures.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project workflows, coordination processes, and engineering practices to enhance overall project performance.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience as a Project Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Site Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or a similar engineering role involving project coordination is preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of engineering principles, project planning, engineering documentation, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Experience with Microsoft Office is essential, while familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or similar engineering software is advantageous.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Pay: £30,136.24-£40,726.93 per year
