We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Field Service Engineer / Plant Fitter to support the maintenance and repair of our extensive fleet of Telehandlers across the UK.
The Role:
As part of our expanding team, you’ll travel nationwide to construction and agricultural sites, carrying out essential repairs, servicing, and maintenance. This is a customer-facing role, so strong communication and a professional attitude are essential.
You'll be supported by a dedicated operations team.
Workshop roles available (Staxton)
4 Nights out will be required (Nationwide role only)

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong background in plant, construction, or agricultural machinery
✅ Experience working as a:
Field Service Engineer, Plant Fitter, Mobile Fitter, Agricultural Fitter, Heavy Plant Engineer, or similar
✅ NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance or equivalent (preferred)
✅ Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
✅ Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
✅ Great communication – confident dealing directly with customers
