The ENOVIA Lead Analyst will be responsible for end‑to‑end Global PLM support operations, ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of the ENOVIA platform for users across regions. This role serves as a technical and operational lead for PLM production support, handling high‑complexity incidents, driving effective resolution, and ensuring minimal to no business impact.
In addition to global PLM support, the role includes platform and application administration responsibilities, with ownership of region‑specific operational activities such as environment monitoring, user and access administration, job scheduling, data operations, and system health checks. The candidate will play a critical role in maintaining platform stability, reliability, and compliance.
The position also carries responsibility for data compliance, integrity, and sensitivity, ensuring adherence to regional and global data governance standards. Due to the nature of data handled and regulatory requirements, the role requires a UK citizen to ensure compliance with data security and integrity obligations.
The ENOVIA Lead Analyst will work closely with global IT teams, platform owners, integration teams, and business stakeholders, acting as a key point of coordination for production issues, enhancements, and operational improvements. The role demands strong technical expertise, leadership in incident management, and the ability to operate independently while maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Act as the expert for Global PLM (ENOVIA) production support, ensuring stable, reliable, and compliant operations across region
- Provide expert support to users on Engineering Change Control, document control and distribution, and PLM business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ENOVIA modules/centrals, including integrations with CAD and ERP systems
- Own and manage High to Critical severity incidents, prioritizing high‑impact and urgent issues to ensure minimal or no business disruption
- Perform platform and application administration activities working with Global platform team region specific platform operations including :
- Server patching, upgrades, backups, and restoration for Windows and/or Linux environments
- Monitoring server health, disk usage, CPU/memory utilization, and system/application logs
- Managing user access, permissions, roles, and service accounts
- Ensure system uptime, stability, and performance, meeting defined operational SLAs
- Drive and contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) and problem management, identifying recurring issues and systemic gaps.
- Proactively identify and implement preventive maintenance and improvement opportunities to reduce future production incident.
- Ensure adherence to data compliance, integrity, and sensitivity requirements, especially for region‑specific regulatory obligations
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and security assessments as required.
- Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders, global teams ensuring effective communication and trust
Play a key role in driving ENOVIA transition and migration initiatives across region
