We are looking to recruit a reliable and enthusiastic care assistant to join our friendly team. The successful applicant will be contracted to 36 hours per week. It is essential that candidates have excellent communication skills.
The successful applicant will be on a probation period for 6 months, during this time it will be decided if you fit the criteria for the standards of care and persona that is expected to give the residents good quality care and a happy life.
Previous experience working in a care home is advantageous.
