Job Overview

Duties
- Plan, organize, and supervise diverse play activities tailored to children’s interests and developmental stages
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children during play sessions by adhering to health and safety standards
- Foster inclusive play experiences that encourage teamwork, independence, and confidence among children
- Support children with their emotional needs, offering guidance and reassurance as necessary
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative play programs that stimulate learning and fun
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, activities, and any incidents or concerns that arise during shifts
- Promote positive behavior through respectful communication and conflict resolution strategies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in childcare, teaching, nannying, or related roles with a focus on play-based learning
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members
- Ability to lead engaging activities in both indoor and outdoor settings with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to childcare environments
